Del Oro, a Class B water utility, operates a public utility subject to the jurisdiction of this Commission. Del Oro operates eight separate utilities that provide water service in or near the cities of Burney, Ferndale, Magalia, Paradise, Stirling, Truckee and Bakersfield.
