O P I N I O N
This decision grants Del Oro Water Company, Inc. (Del Oro) authority to establish a $100,000 revolving line of credit for short-term working capital, refinance $2.4 million of existing debt to save approximately $70,000 annually, and arrange for a $1 million financing for construction of a new well, a new storage tank, and an abatement pump house in the company's Paradise Pines District. This authorization follows analysis of the application by the Commission's Water Division and a one-day hearing before an administrative law judge (ALJ) to consider a ratepayer protest.
