The goal of this symposium is to provide a practical understanding of hydrostatic testing, what it is and what you can learn from it, learn from another regulatory agency with pipeline safety and hydrostatic testing oversight, receive an overview of PG&E's testing program, and understand what the public can expect when hydrostatic testing occurs in their neighborhood. Commissioners from the California Public Utilities Commission may attend and participate in the symposium. While a quorum of the CPUC may attend the symposium, no action will be taken. A detailed agenda will be emailed to the service list of R.11-02-019 and posted on the Commission's website by May 3. This meeting will be video webcast in real time and archived thereafter at

This Resolution adopts a policy that first deducts the Federal Communications Commission's program support or discount from the California Teleconnect Fund (CTF) service charges incurred by eligible non-profit community based organizations and rural health care providers before computing the California Teleconnect Fund Discount. NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF
INVESTIGATION RECORDS
Resolution L-414 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigation of an August 16, 2010 incident involving a PG&E power line on Highway 1 just south of Marshall, California, once the investigation is complete.
