The goal of this symposium is to provide a practical understanding of hydrostatic testing, what it is and what you can learn from it, learn from another regulatory agency with pipeline safety and hydrostatic testing oversight, receive an overview of PG&E's testing program, and understand what the public can expect when hydrostatic testing occurs in their neighborhood. Commissioners from the California Public Utilities Commission may attend and participate in the symposium. While a quorum of the CPUC may attend the symposium, no action will be taken. A detailed agenda will be emailed to the service list of R.11-02-019 and posted on the Commission's website by May 3. This meeting will be video webcast in real time and archived thereafter at

The Energy Division has prepared Resolution E-4391 which addresses Southern California Edison Company's Implementation of Residential Rate Changes Pursuant to Decision 09-12-048. NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION RECORDS
Resolution L-413 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigation of an electric incident on January 14, 2011 in San Bernardino, California, once the investigation is complete.
On April 25, 2011, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code § 311(g) and Rule 14.2(c)(2) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than May 16, 2011, and reply comments shall be served no later than May 23, 2011.
Resolution L-413 will be on the agenda at the May 26, 2011 Commission meeting. The Commission may then vote on this draft resolution, or it may postpone a vote.
When the Commission acts on the draft resolution, it may adopt all or part of it as written, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare its own order. Only when the Commission acts does the resolution become binding on the parties.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION RECORDS
