The Division of Water and Audits has prepared a revised comment letter for Resolution W-4885 for San Jose Water Company to extend its comment period. The resolution will now be on the Commission's September 22, 2011 agenda.

The Energy Division has prepared Alternate Draft Resolution E-4335 of Commissioner Michel P. Florio for the September 22, 2011 Commission Meeting. This Alternate Resolution has been modified to approve San Diego Gas & Electric Company's Advice Letter 2118-E, 2118-E-A, 2118-E-B. Specifically, to grant a one-time exception to the current rules so that the REC-only PSAs, in conjunction with the previously executed and approved PPAs for the associated energy serving California load, can be treated as "bundled" renewable procurement for RPS compliance purposes. The Energy Division has prepared Draft Resolution E-4418 for the September 22, 2011 Commission Meeting. This Resolution approves cost recovery for the long-term renewable energy power purchase agreement between Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Norman Ross Burgess. The power purchase agreement is approved without modification. Notice of this draft has been sent to parties in the service lists. NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION RECORDS
Resolution L-421 authorizes disclosure of California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigative records concerning a July 7, 2011, underground service alert ticket off of Pacific Gas & Electric Company's (PG&E) internal USA tracking system regarding the intersection of Fremont and Natoma Streets in San Francisco, California.
On August 23, 2011, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code § 311(g) and Rule 14.2(c)(2) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than September 12, 2011, and reply comments shall be served no later than September 19, 2011.
Resolution L-421 will be on the agenda at the September 22, 2011, Commission meeting. The Commission may then vote on this draft resolution, or it may postpone a vote.
