This workshop is part of the Commission's Alternative-Fueled Vehicle proceeding (R.09-08-009). CPUC Decision 11-07-029 ordered investor-owned utilities to conduct load research to better understand charging behavior and infrastructure impacts from electric vehicle adoption. The utilities will present their load research proposals and preliminary data on infrastructure upgrade costs.

The Independent Peer Review Panel reviews the plans and findings of seismic studies that Pacific Gas and Electric Company is conducting at the Diablo Canyon Power Plant pursuant to Commission Decision 10-08-003. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Training of the IPRP members on the Bagley-Keene Act; 2. Discuss seismic imaging options in shallow areas; 3. Discuss seismic imaging gaps between on- and off-shore areas; 4. Discuss low energy surveys near the shoreline fault; 5. Discuss the updated 3-D racetrack map submitted to the State Lands Commission; 6. Discuss the process for obtaining outside experts to assist the IPRP; and 7. NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF
INVESTIGATION RECORDS
Res. L-430 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigation or audits relating to Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) leak surveys and/or the effectiveness of PG&E's external corrosion direct assessment program.
On January 17, 2012, the draft resolution was mailed to the attached service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code § 311(g) and Rule 14.5 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than February 6, 2012, and reply comments shall be served no later than February 10, 2012.
Res L-430 will be on the agenda at the February 16, 2012 Commission meeting. The Commission may then vote on this draft resolution, or it may postpone a vote.
When the Commission acts on the draft resolution, it may adopt all or part of it as written, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare its own order. Only when the Commission acts does the resolution become binding on the parties.

The Division of Water and Audits has prepared Resolution W-4904 for the February 16, 2012 Commission Meeting which approves PureSource Water Inc's request for a general rate increase, producing additional annual revenue of $16,317 or 30.39% for test year 2011, and facilities fees. The Communications Division has prepared Resolution T-17356 for the March 8, 2012, Commission Meeting. This Resolution approves Resolution T-17346 as modified by Resolution T-17356 for Calendar Year 2012 funding the fourteen small ILECs for the California High Cost Fund-A and reduces Sierra Telephone's funding level from 100% to 80% reducing Sierra's Calendar Year 2012 support from $14,257,890.37 to $11,406,312.30 and total support for the 14 small ILECS from $36,550,929.74 to $33,699,351.67. The Communications Division has prepared Resolution T-17358 for the March 8, 2012 Commission meeting regarding Limited English Proficiency survey ordered by Decision (D.) 08-10-016. This resolution approves staff recommendations regarding the scope, parameters, specifications and timing of a customer satisfaction survey of the LEP customers in California. This resolution delegates to the Commission's Executive Director the authority to proceed with the implementation of the LEP survey, and to seek reimbursement for its cost from carriers with $10 million acor more in annual intrastate revenue.
