This Resolution approves cost recovery for 21 long-term renewable energy power purchase agreements between San Diego Gas & Electric Company and Sol Orchard San Diego LLC.  These power purchase agreements are approved with modifications to cap the aggregate cost of required distribution level network upgrades.  Notice of this draft has been sent to parties in the service list.

Draft Resolution L-436 adopts new regulations regarding public access to records of the California Public Utilities Commission and requests for confidential treatment of records. Draft Resolution L-436 is on the agenda for the Commission's April 19, 2012 meeting, but will be moved to the agenda for the Commission's May 10, 2012 meeting. The Commission may then vote on the resolution or it may postpone a vote until later. The Commission may adopt all or part of Draft Resolution L-436, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare a different resolution.

Telco Industry Rule 10-Service Lists for Advice Letter Filings

On January 12, 2012, The Commission approved Resolution T-17327. This Resolution amends the Telco Industry Rules established by General Order 96-B; to facilitate opportunities for parties to comment on Advice Letters filed with the Communications Division. Telco Industry Rule 10 also expands the requirements for utilities filing Advice Letters to serve them on:

Carriers must comply with this new requirement beginning March 12, 2012.
