10. Request to File Under Seal

Pursuant to Rule 11.4 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, Wholesale has filed a motion for leave to file Exhibit 6 to the application as confidential materials under seal. Exhibit 6 includes financial statements of Wholesale as well as a bank statement. Wholesale represents that disclosure of this information could place it at a competitive disadvantage. We have granted similar requests in the past and do so here.
