Third-party biller OSP Communications billed $9.71 plus tax = $10.58 for a Collect Day Operator-Dialed call from Dodge City KS at 4:45 p.m. December 8, 2008. This charge appears on my December 25, 2008 bill from AT&T. It is not possible that I received this call - I was at work at that time on that date, not at home....⁵²
