(1) By action of the Executive Director CACD ceased to exist as a staff unit on September 10, 1996. The functions it performed as a participant in this proceeding now reside with the Energy Division.

(3) Compliance with new tree-trimming standards is another expected avenue of enforcement.

(4) The quick response to requests is specifically intended to require utilities to centralize this information using reasonable computer and information technology options.
