8. Comments on the Draft Decision

The draft Opinion of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) in this matter was mailed to the service list in accordance with Section 311(g)(1) and Rule 77.7. PG&E filed comments on the draft Opinion on October 12, 2004. Correspondence regarding the draft Opinion was submitted by Southern California Edison Company, Southern California Gas Company, and San Diego Gas & Electric Company. The comments and correspondence have been reflected, as appropriate, in the final Opinion adopted by the Commission.
