Summary
The City of Palo Alto (City) proposes to construct a pedestrian/bicycle crossing at separated grades to be known as "Homer Avenue Underpass" (Underpass) under the tracks of the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB). A sketch of the project area is included as Attachment A.
