Applicant, a California corporation, seeks authority to provide facilities-based and resold local exchange services as a competitive local carrier (CLC) throughout the SBC, Verizon, RTC and CTC service territories. Applicant's principal place of business is located at 770 L Street, Suite 960, Sacramento, CA 95814.
