6. Petition to Modify

On November 14, 2005, PG&E filed a petition to modify D.05-04-053, Ordering Paragraph 8, in the event that the settlement is adopted and PG&E is authorized to implement voluntary critical peak pricing tariffs. Because we do not make changes to the existing critical peak pricing tariffs, we make no change to D.05-04-053, and deny PG&E's petition as moot.
