6. Timetable for Customer Notification

The Guidelines require the exiting CLEC (and, when applicable, any arranged carriers) to jointly notify customers 60 days in advance of the final service termination date. The notification letter must comply with FCC and Commission requirements including a listing of the service rates and terms of any arranged carrier named in the notice. Applicant mailed a written notice to all of its affected customers on November 14, 2007, and has met our requirement to notify customers 60 days in advance.
