Timetable for Customer Notification

The Guidelines require the exiting CLEC to notify customers 60 days in advance of the final service termination date. 10 The notification letter must comply with FCC and Commission requirements including a listing of the service rates and terms of any arranged carrier named in the notice. Applicant mailed written notices to all of its affected customers on December 10, 2007, January 9, 2008 and February 26, 2008.11 The February notification included the required Federal Communications Commission (FCC) language. With these mailings, Applicant has met our requirement to notify customers 60 days in advance.
