Joint Exhibit List

The parties shall meet and confer and shall jointly prepare a Joint Exhibit List. The Joint Exhibit List shall be filed by January 8, 2001 and shall contain the following:

1. Title or subject matter of document;

2. Offering party;

3. Sponsoring witness;

4. The nature of any objection to admission of the exhibit by any party or the statement "no objection."

Exhibits shall be prepared in accordance with Commission Rules 70 and 71 and Appendix B attached hereto. Edison shall coordinate Exhibit numbering.
