Summary

We grant the application of PCSTC, Inc., dba Pacific Coast Sightseeing Tours and Charters (Pacific) for authority to expand its passenger stage carrier certificate so as to include a shuttle service between local hotels and the Disneyland amusement park in Orange County, the fare for which will be paid by individual passengers. A filing fee of $75 is required under Pub. Util. Code § 1904(a). Application 99-08-037 is closed.
