O P I N I O N
By this decision the Commission approves an all-party settlement between the Ratepayer Representation Branch of the Commission's Water Division (RRB) and California-American Water Company (Applicant) covering all issues in Applicant's general rate increase application for its Los Angeles Division. Applicant is authorized general rate increases of $890,000 (5.60%) for test year 2001; $387,800 (2.31%) for 2002; and $416,900 (2.43%) for attrition year 2003.
