The parties have already served testimony pursuant to the schedule for the May 14, 2001, hearing. Parties may file supplemental testimony to focus in on the one unresolved topic.
The evidentiary hearing will commence at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, July 9, 2001, at the San Diego State Office Building, 1350 Front Street, San Diego, California, and continue to 4:00 p.m. with appropriate breaks. On subsequent days, the evidentiary hearing will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with appropriate breaks. These times may be amended to accommodate scheduling requests or to maximize the hearing time available. The parties may make short opening remarks prior to the opening of the evidentiary hearing, focusing on the critical facts to be elicited from the upcoming testimony. The parties will have the opportunity to address legal and policy issues in oral argument and briefs. The post-hearing briefing schedule will be established at the close of the evidentiary hearing.
