Public Participation

Members of the public who attend the start of the hearing on Monday, July 9, 2001, may make comments, on the record, before the start of the evidentiary hearing. The evidentiary hearing will commence either at the close of the public comment period, or at 1:30 p.m., depending on the turn-out from the public. In no event will the public comment period extend past 12:00 noon.
