Prehearing Meet and Confer

No later than 10:00 a.m., on Friday, July 6, 2001, the parties are to telephonically meet and confer to prepare for the hearing, discuss witness schedules, and exchange exhibits. The previous ALJ ruling establishing the initial hearing schedule contained detailed instructions on the conduct of the hearing. The parties are to follow those instructions.
