ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S RULING
PROVIDING DRAFT GENERATION FACILITY

MAINTENANCE STANDARDS

FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND FOR CONSIDERATION BY THE CALIFORNIA ELECTRICITY GENERATION FACILITIES STANDARDS COMMITTEE

A December 10, 2002 Administrative Law Judge's Ruling in this proceeding indicated that we would make available via a posting on the Commission's web site the Proposed Generation Facility Maintenance Standards on or before the December 20, 2002 meeting of the California Electricity Generation Facilities Standards Committee. Moreover, the ruling indicated that the proposed standards would appear referenced under this proceeding number, R.02-11-039.

The simplest way to accomplish this result is to issue the standards as an attachment to an ALJ Ruling. For this reason, the proposed standards that will be publicly presented at the December 20, 2002 meeting of the California Electricity Generation Facilities Standards Committee are attached to this ruling as Appendix A.

Therefore, IT IS RULED that:

1. The Draft Generation Maintenance Standards for consideration by the California Electricity Generation Facilities Standards Committee are attached as Appendix A to this ruling and available on the Commission's web site referenced under this proceeding number (R.02-11-039), as described in the December 10, 2002 Administrative Law Judge's Ruling.

2. This ruling will be served only on those for whom the Commission possesses an e-mail address.
