VII. Revised Schedule
Because of the time necessary to resolve Edison's motion to compel discovery, and because we require CSD to produce to Edison additional information, the schedule set forth in the October 24, 2001 scoping memo shall be revised.10 The revised schedule is as follows:

Therefore, IT IS RULED that:
1. Southern California Edison Company's (Edison) November 19, 2001 Motion to Compel Discovery (motion) is granted insofar as it relates to other Edison safety and maintenance incidents which the Consumer Services Division (CSD) investigated from January 1, 1998 to December 31, 2000, and which are not specified as alleged violations in the OII. In all other respects, Edison's motion is denied.
2. CSD shall serve its responses to Edison's October 31, 2001 data request in light of this ruling no later than February 28, 2002.
3. The revised schedule as set forth in Section VII is adopted for this proceeding.
4. Edison's November 19, 2001 motion for extension of its filing deadline is dismissed as moot.
